3/16/2023 Ch. 694 of 2022 Provides that public assistance officials shall not be required to limit authorized child care services strictly based on the work, training, or educational schedule of the parents.
3/16/2023 Ch. 696 of 2022 Permits certain buildings with five or fewer units to convert to cooperative or condominium ownership upon written purchase agreements with at least 15 percent of the dwelling units in the building.
3/16/2023 Ch. 706 of 2022 Establishes a blue alert system to aid in the identification, location and apprehension of any individuals suspected of killing or seriously wounding any police officer.
3/21/2023 Ch. 601 of 2022 Allows patients to receive treatment by an occupational therapist without a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner and requires the occupational therapist to inform the patient of certain potential insurance issues.
