Expands water quality testing in schools by increasing testing frequency to once every three years, lowering lead action levels, allowing building aid for remediation measures, and requiring lab reports to be posted online.

Allows waivers from potable water testing requirements if the school district has complied with testing requirements and has been found to be below acceptable lead levels. Also clarifies that school districts can utilize building aid for the testing and filtering of potable water systems if these expenses are not reimbursable from another state or federal source.
