7/1/2025 | Ch. 650 of 2024 | Enacts the Schools Impacted by Gross Highways (SIGH) Act, prohibiting the construction of new schools within 500 feet of a controlled highway unless no other options exist. |
7/1/2025 | Ch. 4 of 2025 | Includes the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Markets on the state Fire Prevention and Building Code Council. |
7/1/2025 | Ch. 75 of 2025 | Expands the Veterans Tuition Award Program to include veterans who served at least four years on active duty or those who served in combat or the combat theaters of Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, or Afghanistan. |
